How is the test collected?

• A simple cheek swab, no blood draw needed for this part

Sample collection process

• Your kit will be mailed directly to you

• Open the test kit, and read the instructions to ensure you understand the process. 

• Pick a morning when you are not in a rush to complete the testing

• Wake up the morning of the test- do not eat or brush your teeth prior to testing

• Follow instruction on your lab requisition

• Send your sample off via USPS Priority mail- in the prepaid envelope

• Results take 6-8 weeks

• Email support is available if questions arise.
